Mathias Lorenz (Rockstart) talks about his role in founding new ideas for a more sustainable food sypply chain system

Rockstart is an early-stage VC-accelerator that empowers purpose-driven founders to drive positive change in the AgriFood, Energy and Emerging Tech sectors. During NutrEvent 2023, Mathias Lorenz participated in the session “Plant-based foods: Insights into consumer habits and promising market segments.” Rockstart was also one of the contributing sponsors of NutrEvent 2023 and sponsored the Start-up Slams: “In Rockstart, we care about what we call Ecosystems.
